Because of its unique construction, PermaCard is rapidly replacing PVC as the card of choice for membership and loyalty programs. PermaCard has a three layer construction consisting of polyester laminates and tear-proof-waterproof synthetic paper. These materials eliminate the possibility of cracking even in cold weather. And because all printing and variable information is under the laminate, the fixed and variable-bar code printing cannot rub or scratch off.

PermaCard products are available in a wide variety of configurations. Cutting dies are very inexpensive compared with dies for PVC cards. So custom configurations are much more feasible with Permacard. New dies are being added continuously-see “Shapes & Sizes” (below). If you would like a special design, just ask us.
