How long do PermaCard products last? Our products are designed for multi-year durability, even in high-traffic environments.

Can you print barcodes for our system? Yes, we support all major barcode formats used in library systems, fitness facilities, healthcare, retail, sports, and educational environments.

Do you offer key tags for families or fans? Absolutely. Combo cards with detachable key tags are one of our most popular options and allow for quick check-in.

Can we include our branding, artwork, or compliance information? Yes. Our design team can work with your existing brand assets or help you create a new look, as well as incorporate color coding, emergency instructions, or department identifiers.

Can you match specific colors? Yes — we can match your branding precisely. Provide Pantone (PMS) values or CMYK breakdowns for the most accurate match.

Do you offer ID cards with photos? Absolutely. Variable data printing allows us to include names, photos, titles, and much more. Photos should be at least 300 dpi and submitted in JPG, PNG, TIFF, or PSD format.

How should I submit variable data? Send a CSV or Excel file with clearly labeled columns. Include a sample record if possible. Our team will work with you during the onboarding process to ensure that all variable data maps to each product correctly.

Do you ship to multiple locations? Yes, we package and ship cards to individual locations as needed.

Can you help with artwork if I don’t have a designer? Absolutely. Our design team can assist with layout, branding, and file preparation.

Do you accept print-ready artwork? Yes, we accept print-ready artwork. Vector formats such as AI, EPS, or PDF/X 1a provide the sharpest results. High-resolution raster files (300 dpi) are also acceptable.

Do I need to include bleed in my artwork? Yes. A 0.125" bleed is required on all sides to ensure clean trimming.

Do you provide proofs before printing? Yes. Digital proofs are standard, and printed proofs are available upon request for an additional charge.
